After reviewing the above solutions, there was one that fit best into the ecosystem of my user:

THE ALEXA SKILL!!

In my user's ecosystem, there are quite a few places the Alexa skill could fall into. Peers would not have any negative impact on the user because of the anonymity of this solution. Along with peers, the Teachers and Administration would be hearing the feedback and not putting their biases on any student. Next, the Atmosphere would change in a great way as the Alexa skill would eliminate any concerns of exposure to students and with the suggestions being put into place, it is possible for the school to improve. Lastly, it is an amazing Resource for students and even teachers because of the service that it provides!
The Alexa Skill would be the BEST solution for my user(s) for many reasons. While I did discuss the ways in which using the Alexa skill would align with my design principles, I did not address how efficient this service could be. Not only would students be able to catch up on the morning announcements and school events, but there would also be a chance for them to anonymously submit suggestions to the school that would be recorded in a database and could potentially be addressed straight from morning meeting!.
