USER JOURNEY MAP

Click on the arrows to explore the different User Journey Maps developed from investigating four different users, including my own.

With each element of the ecosystem, there is always something that will connect. I chose Atmosphere, Extra-Curricular, Resources, Administration, Peers, and Teachers because these are the main elements that effect the actions of my user. Another reason they were selected was because with my user, all of these aspects impact each other at some point, like a cycle. All of the information gathered from my user interviews has been implemented into this map.

To connect all my findings from my Ecosystem Map to this web of root causes can clearly show the user and others why they might be finding it hard to participate. When I mapped out some of the root causes I thought of and those that my users mentioned, it was easier to identify what was doable within my Capstone. "Yes" are causes that are approachable within my Capstone. "No" are causes that are either too far from the scope of my Capstone or are too personal to deal with.
